The social media API
for every platform
Schedule and publish posts, upload media and track what went live across every channel you've connected, from your own app, script or automation.
The short answer
One request schedules a post to every channel you choose. Autoadify handles each platform's API, its media rules and its quirks; you get one status per channel back. Included on paid plans from Pro.
curl https://api.autoadify.com/v1/posts \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $AUTOADIFY_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"content": "We just shipped dark mode 🌙",
"channelIds": ["ch_linkedin", "ch_x"],
"contentByPlatform": { "X": "Dark mode is here 🌙" },
"mediaIds": ["med_123"],
"publishAt": "2026-10-20T09:00:00Z"
}'Posting to ten platforms, as one API
Every platform has its own API, auth, media rules and failure modes. Autoadify absorbs them.
One call, every channel
Send a post to up to 20 channels at once, with a shorter version for X or a different caption for LinkedIn in the same request.
Now or later
Leave out the time to publish straight away, or pass one to schedule. Edit the text or time of a scheduled post, or cancel it, until it goes out.
Problems caught when you schedule
Instagram needs media, YouTube needs a video, Reddit needs a subreddit. Autoadify checks each platform's rules when you create the post, not hours later when it fails.
Media from a URL or a file
Import an image, video or PDF from any public URL in one call, or upload a file straight to storage. Files land in your Autoadify media library.
Status for every channel
See whether each channel published, the live URL, and the reason if one failed. Everything also appears in your Autoadify calendar.
Safe to retry
Send the same post twice within five minutes and the second is refused with the first one's id, so a retried request never double-posts.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Autoadify API?
A REST API at https://api.autoadify.com/v1 for scheduling and publishing social media posts. It lists your connected channels and their posting rules, creates posts for one or many channels (now or at a time you choose), reports each channel's status and live URL, edits or cancels scheduled posts, and manages your media library. It uses the same publishing engine as the Autoadify app.
Which platforms can I post to?
Every channel you have connected in Autoadify: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Threads. You connect accounts once in the app; the API then posts to them by channel id.
How do I authenticate?
With an API key sent as a Bearer token. Create keys in Autoadify under Settings → API & MCP, choose their permissions (Read, Publish), optionally limit them to certain channels, and set an expiry. Revoking a key stops it everywhere within seconds.
How much does it cost?
The API is included on paid plans, with no extra fee: Pro $29/mo (10,000 a month (60/min)), Team $79/mo (100,000 a month (300/min)), Enterprise $299/mo (Unlimited (1,000/min)). Requests never spend credits. The free plan has no API access.
Is there an OpenAPI spec?
Yes, an OpenAPI 3.1 document at https://docs.autoadify.com/openapi.json, generated from the same schemas the API validates against, so it can't drift from what the API accepts. Use it to generate a client in any language.
Can I generate images or videos through the API?
Not yet. Today the API covers channels, posts and media. Generation with Autoadify's AI models is coming next.
