Let your AI assistant run your social posting

Connect Claude, Cursor or VS Code to Autoadify and ask it to schedule, publish, reschedule and check on posts across every channel you've connected.

The short answer

The Autoadify MCP server gives an AI assistant 13 tools for your social media workspace. It can see your connected channels and each platform's rules, schedule or publish posts with per-platform text and media, track whether they went out, and manage your media library. It uses an API key from your Autoadify settings and is included on paid plans from Pro.

What you can ask

Post by asking, from the tools you already use

No dashboard to open. Your assistant reads your channels and their rules, then does the work.

“What channels do I have connected?”

“Schedule this announcement to LinkedIn and X for Tuesday 9am, with a shorter version for X.”

“Import this image and post it to Instagram tomorrow morning.”

“What's scheduled for next week? Move Friday's post to Monday.”

“Did yesterday's TikTok go out? If it failed, tell me why.”

“Find the photo of the red sneakers in my library and use it for Friday's post.”

Setup

Connected in a minute

1. Create a key

In Autoadify, open Settings → API & MCP and create a key. Pick its permissions and, if you like, the only channels it may post to.

2. Add the server

Paste one command or a few lines of config into your MCP client. The server URL and your key are all it needs.

3. Ask

Ask your assistant to post, schedule, reschedule or check on something. It sees your channels and their rules before it writes anything.

Claude Code

One command in your terminal.

claude mcp add --transport http autoadify https://mcp.autoadify.com/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY"

Cursor

~/.cursor/mcp.json

    "autoadify": {
      "url": "https://mcp.autoadify.com/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_KEY" }
    }
  }
}

VS Code

.vscode/mcp.json

Claude Desktop

Settings → Developer → Edit config, via mcp-remote.

    }

}

Replace YOUR_KEY with a key from Settings → API & MCP. Other clients: see the setup guide.

Tools

13 tools, grouped by what they touch

Read tools only look. Publish tools change things, and appear only on keys allowed to publish.

  • list_channelsread

    Connected channels with each platform's posting rules — media required, image limits, text length, required fields.

  • create_postpublish

    Schedules a post to one or many channels, or publishes it now. Per-platform text, media, Reddit and TikTok options.

  • list_postsread

    Posts with their status on each channel, filtered by status, channel or date.

  • get_postread

  • delete_postpublish

    Cancels a scheduled post.

Media

  • list_mediaread

  • get_mediaread

    One file: status, URL, type, size and dimensions.

  • import_mediapublish

    Pulls an image, video or PDF from a public URL into the library.

  • create_media_uploadpublish

    A one-time URL for uploading a local file, for agents with a shell.

  • complete_media_uploadpublish

    Finishes an upload once the file has been sent.

  • delete_mediapublish

    Deletes a file; refused while a scheduled post still uses it.

Control

You decide what it can touch

Publishing is real: posts go out on your actual accounts. So every key is scoped.

Only the tools a key allows

A read-only key sees no tool that changes anything. Publishing tools appear only on keys given the Publish permission.

Limited to the channels you choose

Restrict a key to one test channel while you try it out. It can't see or post to anything else.

Same rules as the app

Platform requirements, your plan's limits and Autoadify's content policy apply exactly as they do when you post yourself.

Revoke it in seconds

Revoking a key in Settings stops it on every server within seconds. Keys can also expire after 30 days, 90 days or a year.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the Autoadify MCP server?

It is a Model Context Protocol server at https://mcp.autoadify.com/mcp that gives an AI assistant 13 tools for your Autoadify workspace: list connected channels and their posting rules, schedule or publish posts, check their status, edit or cancel scheduled posts, and manage your media library. Posts it creates appear in your Autoadify calendar like any other.

Which AI assistants can use it?

Any MCP client that supports remote servers over Streamable HTTP with a custom header: Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Claude Desktop (through mcp-remote). The claude.ai and ChatGPT web connectors are not supported yet: they can't send an API key header, and Autoadify's MCP server needs one.

Does it publish without asking me?

Publishing is real: when the assistant calls create_post, the post is scheduled on your actual accounts. Good assistants confirm the text, channels and time with you first, and most MCP clients ask before running a tool. To be safe, start with a key limited to one test channel, or a read-only key.

Which plans include it?

Pro (10,000 a month (60/min)), Team (100,000 a month (300/min)), Enterprise (Unlimited (1,000/min)). The free plan has no MCP or API access. MCP calls and REST API calls share one allowance per workspace, and they never spend credits.

Is this the same as connecting an MCP server to Autoadify's AI agent?

No, it is the reverse. Connecting your own MCP server gives Autoadify's built-in agent extra tools. The Autoadify MCP server lets your own assistant, such as Claude or Cursor, use Autoadify.

Can it generate images and videos?

Not yet. Today the MCP server covers channels, posts and media: it can import or upload images and videos and attach them to posts. Generation with Autoadify's AI models is coming to the API and MCP server next.

Give your assistant the keys

Create a key, paste one line into your MCP client, and ask it to schedule your next post.
