2. Shape the CSV

Any columns work as long as you tell Gemini what they mean. This shape keeps it simple:

• Validate first, every time. Prompt 1 costs nothing and catches the rows that would fail. Skipping it is how you schedule 40 broken posts.
• Timezones are the classic bug. Put a timezone column in the sheet rather than relying on the default.
• Generated images use credits. A sheet full of "idea:" rows is a real spend; ask Gemini for the total first.
• Headless runs need a stored sign-in. Sign in interactively once. For unattended CI, use an API key and the REST API instead.
