How to Make On-Brand AI Images for Social Media: Your Logo and Colours in Every Post (AI Manager Workflow)

AI images look generic because they don't know your brand. In Autoadify's AI Manager you tick your logo and brand colours above the chat, and every image it makes is designed around them, with the logo placed where you set it. Here is the full workflow, from brand kit to a scheduled week.

Quick Answer

Upload your logo and set your colours in Autoadify's Brand settings, including where the logo should sit and how big. In AI Manager, tick the logo and colours in the "Add to images" row above the chat. Every image it makes then gets the logo as a reference image and your palette in the prompt, so the model designs the picture around them instead of having a logo pasted on top.

What you need

  • Autoadify with AI Manager. Free can use Qwen Image 2.1 Turbo; Solo and Pro add Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2 and Qwen Image 2.1 Pro; Team adds Nano Banana Pro
  • Your logo as a PNG, ideally with a transparent background
  • Your brand colours as hex codes

Generic AI images are one reason AI content looks and sounds the same. The usual fix is a logo stamped in the corner afterwards. It works until the corner is where the product is. Image models that accept a reference image can do better: given the logo and told where it goes, they compose the scene so the logo has room, and use your colours for the accents.

1. Set up the brand kit once

  1. In Autoadify, open Settings → Brand and upload your logo (a PNG with a transparent background works best).
  2. Set its default position and size, for example bottom-right at 15% of the image width.
  3. Add your brand colours as hex codes.

The position is a preference, not a hard rule: if that corner would cover the main subject or text, the model is told to use the nearest clear corner instead.

2. Tick what each chat should use

Above the AI Manager chat box there is an Add to images row with your logos and colour swatches. Tick a logo and the colours, and every image in that conversation uses them. Untick for a one-off image that shouldn't carry the brand, like a meme reply.

3. Pick a model that takes a reference image

The logo goes in as a reference image, which only some models accept (compare them on the AI models page). In AI Manager these are Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2 and the two Qwen Image 2.1 models. If you pin a model that can't take one, the picker warns you; on Auto, AI Manager switches to Nano Banana 2 when a logo is ticked.

4. Ask for the posts

Make 3 Instagram posts for our autumn sale: one product close-up, one lifestyle scene, one "30% off" announcement. 4:5. Write the captions too.

Each image comes back with the logo placed and your palette in the accents. Prompting tips that carry over: how to edit photos with AI for social media. If one image needs the logo pixel-exact, for example a tiny wordmark the model redrew slightly, ask AI Manager to apply the logo as an overlay instead: it composites your actual file onto the image at no extra credit cost.

5. Schedule the week

Schedule these for Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm on Instagram and Facebook.

AI Manager asks for your approval before it schedules anything. For a batch like a week or a month of posts, it builds a content plan instead: the posts arrive as drafts on a plan card in the chat, and one click on Schedule puts them all in your calendar.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the AI change my logo?

It is told to keep the logo unaltered, and the reference-image models usually do. Fine detail can still shift slightly; for those cases, the overlay option places your actual logo file on the finished image.

Does adding the logo cost extra?

No. The logo and colours ride on the image generation you're already paying for. The overlay costs nothing.

Can I use a different logo per chat?

Yes. Upload several in Brand settings and tick the one each conversation should use.

The Bottom Line

On-brand AI images come from giving the model your brand, not from stamping it on afterwards. See how it fits with the rest of AI Manager. Set the brand kit once, tick it in AI Manager, and every image is designed around your logo and colours.
