# Social Card Preview

> Fetches a URL's Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata and renders how the link preview will appear on X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Slack.

**Each platform crops differently.** One OG image cannot be optimal everywhere; 1200×630 is the safest compromise.

**Caches are the usual culprit.** Platforms cache link previews aggressively. After changing OG tags you generally need the platform's own debugger to force a refresh.
